  1. 01Tell us about the projectUse the form below or call us. The more you can share (scope, location, photos, drawings) the better the first conversation goes.
  2. 02On-site walk, in days not weeksWe schedule a 30-minute on-site visit within a week of the first call. We measure, photograph, ask questions, and leave with a clear sense of the project. The visit is on us.
  3. 03Itemised written quoteWithin five to ten business days of the walk-through we send a written, itemised quote. Allowances are called out. The price is held for thirty days.
  4. 04Review togetherWe sit with you and walk through every line. You decide what is in and what is out. We adjust the scope and price accordingly, no pressure.
  5. 05Sign and startOnce the contract is signed, we move into design completion, permits, and procurement. Construction begins as soon as the permits land.
