Practice · Kitchens & Baths
Kitchens and baths where the details add up.
Cabinetry, stone, plumbing, electrical, tile — coordinated under one scope so the small things don't fall between trades. This is the work most renovations live or die in.
What we handle
Full kitchen renovations
Custom or semi-custom cabinetry, stone counters, integrated appliances, layered lighting, the small mouldings and finishing touches that distinguish a kitchen from a fitted box.
Bathrooms & ensuites
Layout changes, walk-in showers with linear drains, free-standing tubs, heated floors, niches that actually fit a bottle of shampoo.
Custom cabinetry
Two local cabinet shops we trust and one custom millworker for the show-piece pieces. Painted, stained, veneered — finished to furniture grade.
Stone & tile
Stone yards in the GTA from Caesarstone through Ciot to local marble specialists. Tile design and install in-house.
Lighting & electrical
Lighting designed alongside the layout, not added at the end. Switches and outlets placed by drawing, not by where the electrician’s drill is.
Notes from the GTA
- A typical mid-GTA full kitchen renovation runs $80k–$180k depending on cabinetry choice and stone selection; we're transparent about where the budget actually goes.
- Bathrooms in older homes regularly surface joist work, waterproofing rebuilds, or stack replacement — we budget honestly for it rather than discover it on day one.
- Lead times on quartz and select stone slabs are 3–6 weeks; book early.
- Top-tier appliance packages (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau, La Cornue) need 12–20 week lead times — we order them in week one.
Kitchens and baths are the rooms a renovation lives or dies in.
