Construction · Maintenance
One call. Year-round.
Ongoing maintenance for the homes and buildings we've built — and for owners who want the same care on a building someone else built.
Most renovations end at hand-off. Then the building starts aging again. We offer scheduled maintenance so the systems we built — and the ones you inherited — keep working. One call covers all of it: roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, exterior, small repairs, and the seasonal stuff most owners forget.
What we handle
Seasonal upkeep
Furnace tune-ups in fall, AC service in spring, gutter cleans, weather-stripping checks, sump pump tests. Quarterly visits.
Small repairs and call-outs
Leaks, dripping taps, light switch issues, door alignment, hardware tightening — fixed when reported, not weeks later.
Commercial property care
Office, retail, hospitality buildings — HVAC servicing, lighting upgrades, washroom and finish refresh, code compliance.
Estate maintenance
Larger residential properties with pools, wellness rooms, smart-home systems, wine cellars — all serviced by trades who know the install.
Emergency response
Same-day call-out for active leaks, electrical, or heating failures. We know your building because we built it.
Notes from the GTA
- We prefer to maintain projects we built — we know where the shut-offs are, what's behind the walls, and which fixture supplier to call.
- Maintenance contracts are billed quarterly or annually; clients pay flat-rate retainers plus material at cost for small repairs.
- Most building failures are preventable with two visits a year; we schedule and remind so you don't have to.
A renovation is an event. Maintenance is what keeps the renovation feeling new.
