Notes from the GTA
- Toronto recently expanded the rules around garden suites above garages. We design with the option in mind even when the suite is not part of the current scope.
- Insulating a garage matters more than people expect, particularly if it shares a wall with a heated room.
- EV charger circuits require a load calculation. We do it before we quote.
